Industrial verticalization modules

On top of the core Sinapse platform, MASES Group builds named "Industry 4.0 solution" modules for specific verticals.

Drive Me

An operator instruction/training solution for production lines.

  • Works on both semi-automatic (automatic) and fully manual production lines, with different behavior for each: automatic operations show remaining-time countdowns, alarm/event handling, and text+image instructions; manual operations show estimated remaining time, alarm/event handling, image-only instructions, and require explicit operator feedback to start/stop each work step.
  • Supports a training mode: a complete simulation of process operations where the operator can freely browse every step of the process to learn it, without affecting real production.
  • Can prompt the operator for manual data entry (e.g. a component code) mid-process when the configured workflow requires it.
  • Integrates with existing systems/devices with minimal effort, either working alongside an existing system without changing it, or being designed into a new system from the start — data sources include SIMATIC, OPC/OPC-UA servers, Serial/Socket, and Modbus, gathered through Sinapse's own integration plugins.
  • Includes integrated KPI measurement.
  • Appears co-branded/distributed with a partner labeled S4i ("Software for Innovation") on device mockups — see Dealers. Contact addresses given for Sinapse/Drive Me are sinapse@masesgroup.com and info@s4i.it.
